If Key numbers are not added to orders at time of purchase on website. We can not and will not be responsible and can not guarantee that the order will be sent out with the numbers requested. Please make sure to call us asap during normal business hours (7am thru 4pm M-F) to add or make any changes. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
Yes. InfiniteRule Security guidelines call for regular cleaning and lubrication at least once every ninety days, to avoid damage and voiding your warranty. Please refer to our Cleaning section for the proper way to maintain your locks.
All InfiniteRule Products are made in the USA at our facility in Southern California.
All InfiniteRule orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service USPS. If a different carrier is required for your order. Please contact us by phone 800.990.0414 to arrange services (additional charges will apply).
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. This is only an average for items that are in stock and do not require any special attention. This time frame is not guaranteed. Some orders may require more time than others, especially if special key numbering is requested, or if orders are placed on weekends and during holidays.
Stainless steel is armed with built-in corrosion resistance but it can and will rust in certain conditions—although not as quickly or severely as conventional steel. (Continue reading)
Most if not all the rust you are seeing, is transfer rust from your hitch or receiver. The hitch is typically made from steel and is not fully coated with paint. Over time, the friction from the pin and hitch along with moisture will cause the hitch to rust and show on the pin. It is recommended that you clean your locks frequently to prevent this rust from getting inside your lock core. (Continue reading)
We do offer a 1-year warranty on all products. However, you do need to do regular maintenance and it DOES NOT cover misuse, abuse, or accidents. (Please read our detailed WARRANTY and RETURNS POLICY)
