Shipping Rates and Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the delivery address, order weight and available shipping quotes.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Available options and estimated transit times are shown at checkout.
Orders containing lock lube ship together by UPS Ground within the United States. Lock lube is not available for delivery to Canada.
For orders containing lock lube, checkout shipping quotes determine the charge. The final carrier and service are selected during fulfillment, so a USPS quote does not mean the lube will ship by USPS.
Overnight and expedited shipping are not offered at launch.

Delivery Times and Shipping Methods
Transit estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders containing lock lube follow UPS Ground transit times rather than any USPS estimate displayed at checkout.
UPS and USPS are our shipping carriers. Tracking details identify the carrier used for your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
Custom keyed orders may add to shipping time.
Carrier transit estimates do not include order processing or custom keying time.
Delivery times are subject to impact from holidays and natural disasters.
Lock lube is a flammable aerosol and requires eligible ground transport, appropriate packaging and required carrier declarations and markings. Lube orders cannot ship to Canada, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Handling Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 24 hours.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 10 business days of the shipping date. We will do our best to track down your package and get it to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Carriers
Our fulfillment team selects the final carrier and service. Locks and lock lube in the same order are packed together and sent by UPS Ground.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change the shipping address up to 24 hours before the order is shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.
