Register your key number in your account so you can refer to it for future orders and replacement keys.
To match a new order to an existing key, select the existing-key option on the product page and enter your key number before adding the lock to your cart. Matching an existing key costs $2 per purchased pack.
Key numbers shown in Locks & Keys are records you submitted. Always check the number against your physical lock or key before ordering keyed alike. You are responsible for registering and keeping an accurate key number; do not assume InfiniteRule has recorded or registered it for you.
